Cypress Aura Villa is a spacious two-storey, four-bedroom villa designed for relaxing holidays with family and friends. Set in a peaceful area between Protaras and Pernera, the villa accommodates up to nine guests while offering plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Once inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan ground floor that brings together the comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen, creating a welcoming space where everyone can relax, dine and spend time together. One bedroom and one full bathroom are also conveniently located on this level.

Moving upstairs, you’ll find another three comfortable bedrooms and the villa’s second full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to a large shared balcony overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding greenery. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening.

Across the four bedrooms, the villa offers three double beds and three single beds, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. Window shutters throughout the property provide additional shade and privacy.

Outside, the private swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees, sun loungers and spacious furnished terraces, creating a peaceful setting for long days under the Cyprus sun. Guests can also enjoy outdoor meals prepared on the charcoal BBQ, with all the necessary BBQ utensils provided.

For guests travelling by car, the villa offers secure gated parking for up to three vehicles. Cypress Aura Villa combines privacy and tranquillity with easy access to the beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions of both Protaras and Pernera.

For families traveling with kids, we're happy to provide a baby crib or high chair at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Just let us know your preferences before arrival, and we'll have everything set up for you.

If you need transportation from the airport to the villa and back, we can arrange it for you upon request, with additional charges.
