Rustic Paradise Luxury Villa is two floor villa is with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each offering its own unique charm and amenities, every room in our villa is with A/C, a SmartTV with Netflix, each space is equipped with blackout blinds for your comfort and privacy. Located in quiet area of Protaras and easy access to all amenities that Protaras has to offer.

– SECOND FLOOR –

The Master Bedroom boasts a spacious layout, complete with a double bed, A/C, smartTV, spacious wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the garden, swimming pool area and in the back a sea view.

The Second Bedroom features two cozy single beds, A/C medium size wardrobe and another smartTV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures.

The Third Bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, A/C, medium size wardrobe, smartTV. This room is surrounded by windows with blackout blinds provided you can easily adjust the lighting. And another one bathroom at your disposal

– GROUND FLOOR –

Discover a fully equipped KITCHEN, adorned with everything you need for culinary adventures. From pots and pans to glasses and plates, including a microwave, large fridge, refrigerator, oven and even a dishwasher for effortless cleanup. For families traveling with kids, we’re happy to provide a baby crib or high chair at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Just let us know your preferences before arrival, and we’ll have everything set up for you.

If you need transportation from the airport to the villa and back, we can arrange it for you upon request, with additional charges.

As token of our appreciation for your extended stay, guests staying over 10 days will receive a complimentary housekeeping service. This includes changing the bedsheets and a light cleaning, including vacuuming and mopping the floors and bathrooms.
